Terms & Conditions
These terms explain what you can expect from Rhyvi Media and what we expect in return — both when you simply browse this website and when you hire us for a project. Please read them. By using this website you accept them.
01 Who we are
Rhyvi Media is a digital marketing agency based in Wagholi, India. Throughout this page, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Rhyvi Media. “You” means anyone using this website or engaging us for work.
Our full contact details are at the bottom of this page and on our contact page.
02 What this website is for
This website exists to explain what we do and to let you get in touch. Everything on it is provided for general information.
Nothing on this website is a binding offer, a quotation, or professional advice for your particular situation. Prices, timelines and deliverables depend entirely on the specific project, so please talk to us rather than relying on a page.
We try to keep the information here accurate and current, but we do not promise that every page is free of errors or completely up to date at every moment.
03 Enquiries and quotes
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, or call or email us, you are starting a conversation — not placing an order. No contract exists at that point.
If we go on to quote for your work, that quote will set out the scope, the price and the timeline. A project only becomes binding on both of us once we have agreed it in writing (email counts) and any agreed advance has been received.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise in writing.
04 Our services and how work is agreed
We offer digital strategy and planning, search engine optimisation, social media marketing, paid advertising, content marketing and copywriting, web design and development, email marketing, and video and multimedia marketing. You can read about each of these on our services page.
The exact scope of any engagement — what is included, what is not, how many rounds of revision, what we need from you and by when — is set out in the written proposal or agreement for that project. That document takes precedence over anything written on this website.
Work that falls outside the agreed scope is treated as new work and quoted separately. We will always tell you before doing anything that costs extra.
05 What we can and cannot promise
This is the most important section on this page, so we will be blunt about it.
We promise to do our work skilfully, honestly and with proper care, and to follow the practices that we genuinely believe give you the best chance of success.
We cannot and do not guarantee specific results. That includes, but is not limited to:
- A particular position in Google or any other search engine
- A particular number of visitors, leads, enquiries or sales
- A particular cost per click, cost per lead or return on ad spend
- A particular level of reach, followers or engagement on any social platform
The reason is simple: these outcomes are decided by search engines, advertising platforms, social networks, your competitors and your own market — none of which we control. Anyone who guarantees you a number in this industry is guessing, or worse.
What we will do is tell you honestly what we expect, report what actually happened, and change course when something is not working.
06 What we need from you
Most delays on marketing projects are not caused by the agency. To keep your project on track, you agree to:
- Give us the content, images, brand assets, logins and approvals we need, within the agreed timeframes
- Make sure anything you give us is accurate, and that you actually have the right to use it — especially images, fonts, logos and text
- Give feedback within a reasonable time so work does not stall
- Keep any account access you share with us secure at your end
If material or approvals are delayed, timelines move accordingly and we are not responsible for the delay.
07 Third-party platforms and costs
A lot of digital marketing runs on platforms that belong to other companies — Google, Meta, LinkedIn, hosting providers, email tools and so on.
Advertising budgets, subscription fees, domain and hosting charges and similar third-party costs are separate from our fees and are your responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Those platforms have their own terms and their own rules, and they change them whenever they like. If a platform suspends an account, changes its algorithm, changes its pricing or rejects an ad, that is outside our control. We will help you deal with it, but we are not liable for it.
08 Intellectual property
The design, text, graphics, code and layout of this website belong to Rhyvi Media or to the people we licensed them from. Please do not copy, republish or reuse them without our written permission. You are of course welcome to read our blog, share links to it, and quote short extracts with credit.
For client work, ownership of the finished deliverables passes to you once the project has been paid for in full, unless your project agreement says something different.
Two things stay with us: the working files, internal methods and tools we use to produce the work; and third-party assets such as stock images, fonts and plugins, which stay under whatever licence they came with.
Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and case studies.
09 Blog comments
You are welcome to comment on our blog posts. Comments are read by us before they appear, so there will be a delay before yours is published.
Please keep comments civil and relevant. We will not publish anything that is abusive, hateful, misleading, unlawful, spam, or that promotes an unrelated business.
We can remove or refuse any comment for any reason, and we do not have to explain why. Your comment stays yours, but by posting it you allow us to display it on the site alongside the name you gave. Your email address is never published.
10 Website availability
We would like this website to be available all the time, but we cannot promise that. It may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of a problem at our hosting provider, or for reasons outside anyone’s control.
We may also change, move or remove any part of this website without notice.
11 Links to other websites
Some pages link out to websites we do not run — and our contact page shows a map provided by Google.
We include those links because we think they are useful, but we have no control over what those sites do or what they publish, and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Visiting them is your decision.
12 Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that cannot legally be limited — including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example lost profits, lost business, lost data, or loss of anticipated savings
- We are not liable for losses caused by third-party platforms, by information you gave us that turned out to be wrong, or by changes someone else made to your website or accounts
- Where we are liable for a project, our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us for that project
This website is provided as it is. Please make your own decisions before acting on general information you read here.
13 Privacy
How we handle the information you share through this website — through the contact form, the newsletter signup and blog comments — is explained in full on our Privacy Policy page.
That page forms part of these terms.
14 Changes to these terms
We may update this page from time to time, for example if we add a service or change how the website works. The date at the top always shows when it last changed.
The version published here is the one that applies. If we change these terms in a way that materially affects a project already underway, we will tell you directly rather than expecting you to notice it here.
15 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
If a dispute arises and we cannot sort it out between ourselves, the courts of Pune, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
We would much rather talk first. If you are unhappy with anything, email us at info@rhyvimedia.com and we will do our best to put it right.
